Piramade transforms these past deliverables into a searchable, trusted knowledge base so our teams design faster, safer, and with less rework. It connects securely and read-only to our existing storage with no file migrations.

Piramade is the first AI-enhanced engineering precedent platform. It transforms a firm’s past deliverables into a dynamic, searchable knowledge asset. The asset becomes more valuable over time as new projects are delivered.

Piramade is one monthly subscription for the whole firm, priced on total number of employees. For our 50 employees, the subscription is AUD $980 a month (AUD $19.60 per employee), or AUD $11,760 a year, excluding GST. That is typically less than one billable hour per engineer per month. It is billed monthly in advance, with no lock-in, no upfront payment and no setup fee.

• Monthly ingestion cap: 520 million tokens, sized to our firm.
• Estimated 2,000–4,000 projects (26,000–52,000 files) of our digital legacy processed each month.
• About 2–4 months to process 10 years of project archive.
• One-off top-up packs are available if we want to process our archive faster.

Estimates for information only, subject to actual digital legacy composition. A token is the unit of AI processing; archives with more scanned pages or drawings use more tokens per project.

We could try to build our own version of Piramade, but it would almost certainly cost us more than it saves. Building it ourselves means carrying the full cost of development through an engineer’s salary and time: an in-house digital technologies specialist in Australia costs around AUD $150,000 a year in salary alone, before hosting, AI usage, software licences and management time. Piramade’s costs are shared across users, so each firm pays only a portion and benefits from every improvement.

• Our data is never used to train AI models. This is a contractual guarantee from the Piramade providers.
• Our data is never shared. Encryption keys and storage are isolated to our organisation, so no other organisation can access our data.
• Our data cannot be modified. Piramade has read-only access to our files and can never edit, delete, or alter anything in our source systems.
